Effective August 2026, updated September 2026. DayZero Leads ("the Service") is operated by Passive Streams, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we," "us"). By accessing this website or subscribing to the Service you agree to these terms.
The Service provides business-registration records compiled from publicly available government sources on a paid subscription basis, for business-to-business use only. Data is provided for lawful sales, marketing, and research purposes directed at businesses. Subscribers are solely responsible for their use of the data, including compliance with applicable marketing, telemarketing, and privacy laws such as CAN-SPAM, the TCPA, and national and state do-not-call rules.
The Service is not a consumer reporting agency, and the data is not a consumer report under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). You may not use the data, in whole or in part, to determine any individual's eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, or housing, or for any other purpose covered by the FCRA, or to make any decision about an individual's rights, benefits, or privileges. You may not resell, sublicense, publish, or redistribute the raw data or any substantial portion of it, or use it to build a competing data product. We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, for any use that violates these terms or applicable law.
Records reflect public filings as published by their source agencies. We normalize and deduplicate but do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose; the Service is provided "as is."
Subscriptions bill monthly and may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Records delivered before cancellation may be retained for the subscriber's internal use, subject to the restrictions above.
If you provide a phone number, we may send transactional messages related to your account (such as delivery notices or billing alerts). Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not send promotional text messages.
Effective September 2026. This policy describes how Passive Streams, LLC handles information for the DayZero Leads service.
To deliver and bill the Service, respond to inquiries, send account-related notices, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell subscriber contact information. Phone numbers and text-message opt-in consent collected for SMS are used solely for the transactional purposes described above and are never shared with, sold to, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your subscriber information, or ask that a business record be suppressed from our feeds, by emailing [email protected]. Text-message recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
